– GENERAL TERMS
Our company offers the possibility of purchases to customers in Greece and abroad.
Orders are shipped with cooperating courier companies after their payment is confirmed.
Processing, shipments and deliveries of orders take place daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a relevant e-mail.
All shipments are accompanied by the corresponding tax document. In case you want to send a shipment as a gift, please let us know so that we can only accompany it with a Consignment Note.
Upon receipt of the product we recommend that you personally check the product delivered and confirm that its packaging remains intact. In case of delay contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +302103225760 to inform you about your order.
– SHIPPING COST
Orders worth more than 100,00 € are shipped free of charge within Greece, within the European Union and outside the European Union.
For orders equal to or less than 100,00 € the shipping cost is 5,00 €.
The listed prices include VAT.
For any special shipment, a separate communication with the customer is preceded to be informed about the shipping options of the cooperating courier companies abroad and their cost.
Shipments to countries outside the European Union are subject to customs clearance costs. These costs are in addition to the shipping cost, are covered by the customer and vary from country to country. For this reason, customers are advised to contact their country’s customs office to guide them accordingly so that they are not surprised by charges for which they are not prepared.
Please note that if you request a refund for a product for which you paid duties, we will not be able to refund the duty as it is not collected by us.
– DELIVERY TIMES
The products are delivered by the courier company in 1 to 3 working days from the confirmation of your order.
For areas classified as “inaccessible” by the courier company, this time may vary.
In any case, the shipment is always scheduled according to the availability of the product, which is either mentioned on the page of the item, or notified to you through information you receive from our e-shop. The above times may vary under force majeure.
Deliveries of customised products will be made according to their production schedule, so their shipping time may be extended, but in any case there will be relevant information at your email address upon request.
Prices include VAT 24% according to Greek law.
The watches are accompanied by a guarantee from the official dealership and their Christos Imanoglou store bears no responsibility for any damage or damage after their use and is not obliged to replace them in whole or in part.
For the replacement and any form of repair of products, only the dealership itself is responsible.
The warranties of the official watch dealerships cover only the mechanical parts of the watches and – usually – for a period of 2 years from the date stated in the warranty. Any damage to crystals, crowns, clasps, bracelets, straps, or any external damage, is not covered by warranty. For any eventuality, always read the instructions for use and the terms of the warranty before using the watch.
Our store provides written certification and guarantees the purity of the metal, the quality of the precious stones and the good workmanship of the products. The jewelry guarantees are related to the quality of the product at the time it is delivered.Any scratches, stone detachments, cuts, loss of shine / color, or any other wear due to bumps, misuse / carelessness, or prolonged use, are not covered by the warranty and there is no return, replacement or free restoration of the damage to the product.
The company reserves the right to:
- not to process the order if it considers that the information given to it is untrue.
- modify the prices of its products, without affecting the prices of products already under delivery.
- modify shipping terms and charges at any time.
Please note that there may be some deviation of the appearance of the product from its display digitally in our online store.
– GENERAL TERMS
You have the option to return the products you purchased within 14 calendar days and request their replacement or refund. After 14 calendar days from receipt of the shipment, there is no right to return your order. In case you request a change of the product and the product to be changed is of less value than that of the original order, the monetary difference is not refunded, but credited to your name for future purchases.
– RETURN PROCEDURE
To arrange a return, please let us know by email at email@example.com by writing your name and order number, and if you would like a replacement or refund. Within 2 working days you will receive a reply email with the instructions for returning the product via the courier service.
Please note that you, the customer, will have to bear the courier costs for the returned products.
Please make sure that the packaging of the shipment is secure so as not to cause any damage during transport. We inform you that our company is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the transport of the return.
Upon receipt of your return from the company CHRISTOS IMANOGLOU & CO EE, a detailed check will follow by our specialized staff regarding the condition of the returned item. All returned products must be unworn, intact and in their original packaging with all labels and stickers intact. If one of these conditions is not met, you will not be entitled to a refund and the products will be returned to you. You will be asked to pay for the costs of sending the items back to you. Then, if there is no problem with its condition, packaging or documents, then you will be informed by email about the acceptance of your return.
– MONEY REFUND
In case you do not wish to be replaced with a new product, the refund process is made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return to our company.
The refund is made to the original means of payment. If during the purchase you chose a bank deposit as a payment method, you must inform us via email at the firstname.lastname@example.org for the account number (IBAN), the bank with which you hold the account and the name of the beneficiary as it is written in the booklet. For security reasons, the beneficiary or co-holder of the account number should be the same person as the one selected in the billing information.
Purchases made as gifts can be exchanged for other products and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Please note that return costs will be deducted from the refund amount due to you, except in the case of a defective product or shipment of a different product than that of your order.
– UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS
The returned products must be in the condition sent by the company CHRISTOS IMANOGLOU AND CO EE and received by the customer, complete, without signs of use or any damage. The special tag of the company CHRISTOS IMANOGLOU AND CO EE as well as the labels of the product must not have been removed or altered. The packaging should be the same that accompanied each item, along with any other accompanying product, in excellent condition and with all shipping documents such as the retail receipt and the consignment note.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions are not accepted and are returned to the customer.
Returns are not accepted on Seasonal Items (Charms, Easter items, etc.), on products that have been customized to order, on watches that have been removed pieces from the bracelet and generally on items that have obvious signs of use.
The Company in no case bears any legal responsibility for any damage, expense or request for compensation on behalf of the Customer, in case of delay in delivery of the item(s) purchased through this online store. Delivery times are estimates provided by external partners and, therefore, are not guaranteed.
We inform you that the company CHRISTOS IMANOGLOU & CO EE bears no responsibility for any damage and wear of the products after their use and in no case is obliged to replace. For the replacement and any form of repair of products, only the dealership itself is responsible.
For the better service of our customers, our company undertakes the transport and receipt for repair of products to and from each dealership. In this case, shipping costs are borne by our customers. In any case, you can make your change at Christos Imanoglou Jewellery store with the product and proof of purchase, we will be happy to serve you in person.
